Drill bits / Abrasives / Saw blades

Drill bits and cutting discs must match the machine.

Wholesale masonry drill bits, metal-cutting bits and saw consumables for store and site buyers in the United States. Jorkli in Austin puts material and tool-interface checks beside each line, so a replacement fits more than the gap in the tool case.

Size is only half the fit.

A disc can have the right outside diameter and the wrong bore. A drill bit can have the correct cutting diameter and a shank your chuck cannot accept. Record both ends of the consumable before requesting a replacement.

01 / Angle-grinder consumables

Abrasive cutting discs

The material marking matters as much as the diameter.

Enquiry basis Per disc or pack, confirmed on enquiry.

A bonded abrasive cutting disc uses abrasive grain held in a disc structure intended for its specified cut. When asking a supplier for metal cutting discs, identify the work material and grinder. A steel-cutting description is not permission to cut every metal or to use the same wheel on masonry.

Thin cut-off discs are not general side-grinding wheels. Use the operation permitted by the disc marking and the correct guard for that operation. A low price per pack does not make a mismatched disc usable.

Work material
State steel, stainless steel or another exact material.
Dimensions
Outside diameter, thickness and bore with units.
Machine
Grinder model or accepted wheel specification and operating speed.
Product marking
Material suitability, maximum speed and any use-by marking.

Never exceed the disc's marked speed. The machine and disc must be compatible. Do not enlarge a bore, remove a guard or use an improvised adapter to make a wheel fit.

02 / Concrete and masonry holes

Masonry drill bits

A carbide-tipped bit still needs the right drilling mode.

Enquiry basis Per piece or set, confirmed on enquiry.

Masonry bits use a hard carbide cutting tip on a steel body, with flutes to carry material from the hole. They suit a buyer preparing holes in a stated masonry or concrete base. The base condition changes the method: a hammer action appropriate to one substrate can damage another.

Write down cutting diameter and working length separately. Overall length includes the portion held by the tool. For wholesale masonry drill bit enquiries, list the sizes required in each set. A case is not a specification.

Tip and body
Carbide-tipped masonry bit; geometry to suit the stated base.
Shank
Confirm the actual system. A straight shank, SDS-plus and SDS-max are not the same interface.
Dimensions
Cutting diameter, working length and overall length where specified.
Drilling mode
Rotary or hammer use as permitted for the bit and substrate.

An anchor hole has its own tolerance.Bit wear can change hole size. Use the diameter and preparation specified for the fixing rather than the closest bit already in the case. See masonry anchor hole preparation.

03 / Metal drilling

Metal drill bits

Thin sheet and a thick section ask different things of a cutting edge.

Enquiry basis Per piece or set, confirmed on enquiry.

Metal-cutting drill bits use cutting edges and flute geometry chosen for the metal and hole. High-speed steel and cobalt-alloy high-speed steel are material descriptions buyers may need to specify; neither label establishes suitability for every alloy. Confirm the selected bit's material rather than inferring it from a gold-colored finish.

State the metal grade when known and say whether the work is sheet, tube or solid section. A bit that grabs at breakthrough in thin sheet can damage the work or the setup. Secure the work and follow the drilling method approved for the tool and material.

Metal
Known alloy or grade and material thickness.
Hole
Finished diameter and through-hole or blind-hole context.
Interface
Shank diameter and shape within the chuck's accepted range.
Cutting material
Bit grade and coating, confirmed for the requested line.

Do not borrow a speed from a different diameter.Suitable speed and feed depend on the cutting tool and work material. Use manufacturer guidance for lubrication and operating conditions; this catalogue does not prescribe one setting for all metal bits.

Reciprocating blade cutting a timber and metal assembly
Mixed material changes the blade request. A timber-only description leaves the metal out of the selection.
04 / Straight and demolition cuts

Reciprocating blades

Tooth pitch, blade body and cutting-edge material control the type of work a reciprocating blade is suited to. Bi-metal or carbide-tooth construction may be specified for particular duties; the actual line must be checked against the material, not sold as “cuts anything.”

Include hidden or embedded material when it is known. Timber with metal fixings is not clean timber. Working length must remain suitable through the full saw stroke, with clearance behind the work; extra overall length can also mean more flex and a less controlled cut.

Cut material
Clean timber, metal or a described mixed assembly.
Teeth
Tooth pitch and cutting material for the section thickness.
Reach
Workpiece depth and usable blade length through the stroke.
Mount
Blade interface accepted by the saw.

Enquiry basis Per blade or pack, confirmed on enquiry.

05 / Sheet and shaped cuts

Jigsaw blades

A clean face depends on tooth direction as well as pitch.

Enquiry basis Per pack, confirmed on enquiry.

Jigsaw blades combine a steel body with a tooth form and cutting material suited to the workpiece. The choice differs between a fine metal cut and a curved cut in a wood-based sheet. State which face must remain clean, because the tooth direction influences where surface breakout occurs.

Shank compatibility comes first. T-shank and U-shank are recognizable descriptions, but the saw's accepted blade type still needs checking. Do not assume that a blade held loosely in a clamp is an acceptable fit.

Workpiece
Material type, thickness and any surface laminate.
Cut requirement
Straight or curved cut, with the visible face identified.
Teeth and body
Pitch, direction and blade width appropriate to the cut.
Shank
The exact blade fitting required by the saw.

Fine teeth do not fix an unsupported sheet.Support and clamping remain part of the cutting method. Follow the saw and blade instructions for settings, guarding and clearance.

From worn part to replacement

Keep the old marking with the new request.

A product code or legible dimension marking can remove a lot of uncertainty. Include it in the enquiry along with the work material. Repeating the old part is only useful if it was right for the machine and job in the first place.

Jorkli checks the requested consumable and supply basis after receiving the enquiry. A quantity in a pack is not assumed. Neither a stock count nor a delivery date is implied by appearing in this catalogue.

Send a consumables enquiry
  1. Describe the material and operation.Say what is being drilled or cut and give the section thickness. Include a known alloy, coating or embedded fixing rather than describing everything as metal.
  2. Record the machine interface.Provide the saw or drill model, shank type, or disc dimensions as appropriate. Keep millimeters and inches attached to their numbers.
  3. Set the supply quantity.State pieces needed or the content of a required set. Pack size and possible alternatives are clarified against the requested specification.
  4. Check the reply before proceeding.Review product identity, dimensions and confirmed availability. Verify machine compatibility against the tool documentation before use.

No universal blade. No lifetime claim.

This range is for buyers who can identify the work and machine. It is not a promise of a fixed number of holes or cuts: material, operator technique and tool condition change consumable life. An unmarked wheel or a machine with an unknown interface needs identification before a replacement is chosen.

Inspect consumables before fitting and isolate the tool as its instructions require. Damaged discs and bent or cracked blades are not a bargain. Use the specified guards and protective equipment, and control dust or sparks for the job. This page is a selection guide, not a substitute for safe operating instructions.

Bits, blades and discs / Enquiry only

Send the machine end and the working end.

Include the tool model when the fitting is unclear. If you need several consumables, list each on its own line in the specification field with a quantity. Leave an unknown detail as unknown rather than choosing the nearest-looking size.

Drilling
Diameter, working length, base material and shank system.
Disc cutting
Material marking, diameter, bore, thickness and machine speed.
Sawing
Blade mount, work thickness, tooth pattern and cut requirement.

The enquiry requests component information. It does not book cutting work, reserve stock or create an order.

Provide a phone number or email address. One reply route is enough.

Piece or pack content and lead time are checked after your request.
